Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Datamaker mobile application (the "Service") operated by us. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

"Us", "we", or "our" refers to the owner of the Service. "You" refers to the user or viewer of our Service.

By accessing and using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

‍What does this mean!? Here's what it implies in simpler terms:

• "Limited": You can use the app, but your usage is constrained to what's allowed by the terms of service or the app's functionality. For example, you can't modify the app, copy it, or use it in ways that it wasn't intended to be used.
• "Non-exclusive": Other people can also use the app. The makers of the app can give the same rights to anyone else they choose. You don't have any special or exclusive rights to the app.
• "Non-transferable": You cannot pass your rights to use the app to someone else. For example, you can't sell your account to someone else, or let others use the app under your account.
• "Revocable": The app's provider has the right to terminate your access to the app at any time, for any reason. This means that if you violate the terms of service or if the app provider decides to stop providing the app, your ability to use the app can be taken away.
• "For your personal and commercial use": You are allowed to use the app for your own personal needs, like creating and managing data for yourself. But you can also use it for commercial purposes, like running your business, selling services, or creating products for customers.

Remember, while you have a license to use the app, you do not own the app. The app, its design, programming, and other features are the property of the app provider.

4. Subscription and Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, and your billing address.

5. "Unlimited" Packages

Where we offer "unlimited" access to certain features of the Service, this unlimited access is only available for the duration of the lifetime of the specific Datamaker product associated with the "unlimited" package. If for any reason the Datamaker product is discontinued, pulled, or shelved, your unlimited access will be cancelled and will not be transferrable to any other Datamaker products. Refunds for any remaining subscription period for such cancelled "unlimited" packages will be subject to our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of us and our licensors.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
