Your satisfaction with our Datamaker app is important to us. Please read this Refund Policy carefully as it outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund.
1. Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund within a 7-day period from the date of purchase if the Datamaker app has not been used to generate any images using the AI. If you request a refund during this period, and have not utilized the AI image generation function, we will refund the full purchase price without question.
2. Partial Refund Eligibility
If the Datamaker app has been used to generate AI imagery within the 7-day period, a prorated refund will be calculated. This will be based on the usage of the AI image generation function in proportion to the total capacity of the package you purchased. The specific calculation will depend on the number of images generated by the AI relative to the total number of images your package allows.
3. Refund Request
To request a refund, please contact Aaron at aaron@datamaker.dev. Please provide your purchase details including the date of purchase, your full name, and your order number in your refund request email.
4. Refund Method
Upon approval, refunds will be returned via the original payment method. This process may take up to 10 business days to process depending on your payment provider.
5. Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on our website or in the app.
